Dateline-Boscobel
Mildred M. Herpel, age 98 of Boscobel, passed away on Tuesday July 5, 2011 at the Boscobel Care and Rehab in Boscobel. She was born on May 11, 1913 in Richland County Wisconsin.  The daughter of Edgar and Leo Pearl (Barnes) Hardy. She married Lawrence Herpel on March 31, 1930 in Richland Center. He preceded her in death on December 19, 1970. She is survived by four daughters; Pearl Turner of Sheboygan, Janet (John) Baumeister of Pineherst N.C., Sandy (Michael) Carlisle of Belle Chasse La., Linda (Dean) Cornell of Boscobel. A son Larry (Vangie) Herpel of Proctor Mn. 11 Grandchildren 16 Great-Grandchildren 1 Great-Great-Grandson. A sister Charlotte Orth of West Allis. She was preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters, a grandson,and a son in law.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday July 9, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. Pastor Gary Young officiating. Burial in the Boscobel Cemetery.Friends may call on Saturday July 9, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Service. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel.  In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.
