Josephine F. Nati, 89, of Wyoming, passed away on Saturday October 10, 2015 at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital surrounded by her family.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Bertha Wroblewski Benkoski.
Josephine was a member of St. Barbara Parish and attended Coughlin High School schools.
She was a homemaker most of her life and was a devoted wife mother and grandmother who took pride in her home
Preceding her in death were her loving and devoted husband of 47 years Orldando F. Nati in 1995 and brothers: John, Edward, Henry, Joseph, and Walter Benkoski and sisters: Stephanie Konitski, Mary Niemiec, Helen Cingaloni, Theresa Chaumpi, and Irene Rossi.
She is survived by her loving daughter and son in law Barbara and her husband Robert Santarelli. Pittston and grandsons, Robert and his wife Dr.Gabrielle, and Christian both of Philadelphia, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call on Friday morning from 8:30 until 10:30am at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter. A Mass of Christian burial follow at 11:00am at St. Barbara Parish in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 28 Memorial St., Exeter, with the Rev. Joseph Pisaneschi, as celebrant.
Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton.
Special thanks to her physician of 35 years Dr. Andrew Stuka for his excellent care and to her caregivers Barbara Boney and Denise Gretten and the 6th floor telemetry nursing unit at the WBGH
