Dear Gus and Family,
My sympathy and prayers are with you on the loss of your father. I will remember him during my retreat. I know that you have many memories that you will cherish for many years to come and I know that your father is at peace and enjoying the love of his life, Mary as they are now together again in the company of our Lord in Heaven.
I am in Indiana at St. Meinrad Seminary and am sorry that I will be unable to attend the celebration of his life on Saturday as Fr. Paul presides at Mass. Know that my prayers are with you and your families.
BLESSINGS and PEACE
DEACON JIM

We became close and depended on each other as we shared many harrowing wintry car-pool rides to and from the Tobyhanna Army Depot. Thus, we mourn his passing, but find comfort in having found and known a faithful, dependable friend and a good man. He shared his Italian two-pound tomatoes at lunch in the cafeteria thereat with many of his friends.
