Dominick A. Burlone, 96, passed away on Monday August 6, 2018 at the Presbyterian Rust Medical Center, Rio Rancho, N.M.

Born on December 15, 1921 in Pittston, he was the son of the late Nicholas and Anna Pisano Burlone.

He had worked for 25 years as a dress manufacturer and then as a service technician for Suburban Propane.

He was preceded in death by his wife Constance A. DiCio Burlone on March 19, 2013, a brother Angelo Burlone and sisters Rose Augustine, Pearl Vetere, Mary Morris, Angie Vogel  and Henrietta Campanella.

Surviving are his children: Nicholas and his wife Pat, Danville, Dominick, Jr. and his wife Joyce, Rio Rancho, New Mexico and Claudette and her husband Bob Baurys, Leander, Texas.

Also surviving are 3 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday August 15 from 9:00am until 10:00am at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, LLC, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.

A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 10:30am at Corpus Christi Parish, in Immacualate Conception Church, 605 Luzerne Ave., West Pittston with the Msgr. John Sempa, as celebrant.

Entombment will be in Mount Olivet Mausoleum, Carverton.
