Betty Borosky, 88, passed away Thursday, Feb. 4, 2016, at Highland Manor Nursing Home, Exeter.

Born on May 1, 1927, in Wyoming, she was the daughter of the late Emilio and Emilia (Ramunno) DeAngelo.

Betty worked as a dress maker for many years in Wyoming, West Wyoming, and Exeter. She also enjoyed playing cards, going out to eat and most of all, spending time with her family.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband Paul F. Borosky; Brothers, Sam, Frank, Nick, and Bill DeAngelo; sisters, Mary Alfano, Yolanda Bellas, Lillian and Bernice DeAngelo.

Surviving is her son Paul J. Borosky and his wife, Linda, Bethlehem. Grandchildren Alison Emkey and her husband, David, Sinking Springs; Jacqueline Kohler and her husband Jared, Nazareth; Natalie Borosky, Bethlehem; and Brian Borosky, Allentown. Great Grandchildren Josie, Emmitt, and Kyle. Her sister Dolores Shuleski, Exeter, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. at Gubbiotti Funeral Home, 1030 Wyoming Ave. Exeter, pa 18643 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday, at St. Barbara Parish in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 28 Memorial Ave., Exeter, with the Rev. Michael Finn, as celebrant. Relatives and friends may call 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will be at St. John’s The Baptist Slovak Cemetery, Exeter.
