Kathryn Kohler Reid, 94, a resident of Ball Pavilion in Erie, passed away Monday January 20, 2014 at her residence.
She was born in Taylor, PA on January 8, 1920 a daughter of the late John and Catherine Sulzer Kohler.
    Kathryn graduated from West Pittston High School and went on to work at Hitchner Biscuit Co. for 11 years and also at her family's restaurant and candy shop. Most recently she spent time as a homemaker. She was a member of Luzerne Avenue Baptist Church and the Eastern Star in Wilkes Barre. She enjoyed painting, wood crafts and baking.

    In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Clyde Reid and two brothers, Robert and Howard Kohler.

    Survivors include one son, Robert Reid and his wife Cynthia of Erie; one brother, Charles Kohler and his wife Clair of New Jersey; one grandson, Adam Reid; and many nieces and nephews.

   Relatives and  Friends  may call at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, 1030 Wyoming Avenue, Exeter, PA, 18643 on Saturday morning from 10 a.m. until the time of services there at 11 a.m.

Burial will follow in Memorial Shrine Cemetery, Carverton.
