Richard F. Jumper, 67, of Exeter, passed away on November 10, 2018.
Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late Richard, Sr., and Esther Jane Herron Jumper.
Prior to his illness he worked as a surgical technologist for Community Medical Center, Scranton.
He was a U.S. Veteran.
Surviving are his daughter Ashley L. Jumper, Cochran, Ga and her mother Donna, and a brother James, Florida and a sister Judy.
There will be no services.
