Charles (Good Times) N. DeMarco, 71, of Pittston, passed away on Sunday November 27, 2016 at the WIlkes-Barre General Hospital.

Born in Pittston, he was the son of the late Charles and Mary Tarullo DeMarco.

Charles was a 1962 graduate of Pittston Twp., High School and was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church, Pittston.

Prior to his retirement. he was employed in the garment industry. He was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union and the Italian American Citizens Club, Browntown.


He was preceded in death by his infant son and brother Leonard DeMarco, and brother in law Frank Nesgoda.

Surviving are his wife of 39 years, the former Elaine Dougherty, and daughter Alicia DeMarco, at home.
Also a brother Nicholas and his wife Mary Louise Demarco, West Pittston and a sister Josephine Nesgoda, Dupont, and an Aunt Theresa Tarullo, Pittston along with numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday from 5-8pm at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 10:45am from the funeral home followed by a mass of christian burial at 11:00am at St. John the Evangelist Church, William St., Pittston with the Msgr. John J. Bendik, pastor as celebrant.

Interment will be in St. Cecilia's Cemetery, Exeter.

Memorial donations may be made to the Italian American Citizens Club, 126 Oak St., Pittston Twp.,Pa. 18640
