Angeline Sarah Parulis, 91, of Exeter, passed away on Thursday evening January 14, 2016 at the Riverstreet Manor Nursing Home, Wilkes-Barre surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Exeter, she was the daughter of the late Cosmo and Antoinette Pagliocca Pepe.
She was a 1942 graduate of Dupont High School and had worked at the Consolidated Cigar Co., West Pittston.
Preceding her in death were her husband Albert C. Parulis in 2013 and a brother Raymond Pepe and a sister Carmella Pisano.
Surviving are her son , Dr. Albert Parulis, Jr. and his wife Sara, Edgeworth, Pa. and a granddaughter Sasha Sarai Parulis, New York City, N.Y. along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 9:00am from the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.
A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 9:30am at St. Barbara Parish in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 28 Memorial Ave., Exeter with the Rev. Michael Finn, as celebrant.
Relatives and friends may call on Sunday from 6pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
Interment will be at a later date in St. Cecelia's Cemetery, Exeter.
