Jane A. Mikolosko, 97, formerly of Forty Fort, passed away on Monday July 13, 2015 at the Mercy Center, Dallas.
Born in Pittston on May 20, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Carmella Mangione Jerrytone.
Jane was a member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Swoyersville and was a graduate of Pittston High School.
She had worked as a bookkeeper for her husband John’s business, JM Millwork Co.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, John Mikolosko, who died in 2003 and brothers Sebastian and Al Jerrytone and a sister Connie Oliver.
Surviving are her sons:, David and his wife Michele, Shavertown,and Richard, Old Forge a sister Josephine Blume, Orwigsburg, and grandchildren: Richard ( Lori) Dallas, Jonathan ( Christine), Ca.; Brian ( Carrie), Old Forge, Danielle Mikolosko, Forty Fort, and Nathan Mikolosko, Shavertown. Also 6 great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call on Thursday July 16, 2015 from 9am until 10:30am at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.
Divine Liturgy with Office of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00am at St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Tripp St., Swoyersville with the Rev. Gary Mensinger, officiating.
Interment will be in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Duryea.
