Uncle Gary...I know our families went different ways over the years as our families grew but one thing for sure is that my husband Rick & I will miss our talks we shared with you when running into you at the Royal Farms & the comments you would post on our family on FB.
Your "one sister" Lou-Ann Wetzel, you two had your differences but one thing for sure she always loved you & missed you dearly over the years.
You were dedicated to working with people with disabilities and always had a passion for that which we always admired!
Your nephew Bill Erskine as long as your great nieces Katelyn, Brianna, & Brooke Fuentes will all miss you! Uncle Gary, you were definitely taken from all of us way too soon...We Love You!!!
Your Niece,
LaWanda Fuentes

My dear brother Gary, I am still stunned and broken hearted that you are gone...
you left too soon!
In the past few years, I tried to reconnect with you, by cards, texts and knocked on the side door one day with my 3 granddaughters with me....your jeep was in the drive-way....but you never responded back to me....
I never stopped loving and caring about you Gary!!
We had lost our parents and then I lost my husband, 3 years after Daddy passed....
You and I both were going through a upsetting and emotional journey.....separately...
I missed you and wanted to talk just you n me....but it never happened...
Gary, before you were born, I told our parents when I found out that our mom was pregnant that I wanted a brother, no sister!! I saw my mom and her 4 sisters, and decided at 4 years and 2 months old, 'No way do I want a sister'!
The day you were born I was staying at our maternal grandmothers and Daddy called from the hospital, and said, "Mommy had the baby"....I remember waiting for him to tell me if its a boy or girl....silence...then I told, Daddy, "If it's a girl take it back, I want a brother"! Daddy laughed and replied, "Honey, you got your wish you have a baby brother"!!
I was so happy!!
When Daddy brought you and mother home, I would jet stare at you and would tell family members when they came to visit to see you, "This is my baby brother"!
When we were teenagers, I always said this and even in later years signed your birthday cards with....
I love you bro....
Your sister, Lou-Ann

To Gary's family. Your Dad was a special person for how he took care of his guys thru Gallagher Services. I knew him though the HAP Bowling Program that he would bring the guys to on Saturdays at the Bowl America in Glen Burnie. Him and I would tease each other all the time. My deepest Sympathy to you all. Pat & Ed Worff

Dear family of Gary,
I am so sorry for your loss . I wish we could have been close. It is sad when families drift apart. Whenever I went to see my brother at his home as he had trouble getting around
I would see Gary for a few minutes . I was glad my brother had Gary to check on him. I send you all my deepest condolences and love and best wishes.
