Randy& Family,
I’m so saddened by Sheila’s passing. She was a dear friend, and an extra special woman. She always loved when I called her “Capt. Ripley”in the morning, when she came to work, and always greeted me with that unmistakable smile. We had the best times when we visited the farm, and her beloved horses.. My deepest condolences to you and your family. She will be greatly missed.

May God bless the family, Sheila was my first supervisor that honest, true, and didn' t have a problem checking you., I love that woman, and wish I could be there to offer my condolences in person, however, may the peace of God rest upon the family. I am great employee because if Sheila Ripley, I will always cherish her memories and the valuable lessons she taught us in Parking Control.

Sheila was, without a doubt, one of the most ethical people I have had the pleasure of working with....she was an amazing, always fair boss. She made you want to be a good person/employee. She let you know, sometimes with only a look, if she was not happy about something that you had done and she never hesitated to compliment you on a job well done. Baltimore City and the police department were blessed with an exceptional, one of a kind, lady.
Thank you Sheila for making us better people!

Randy, I am so sorry to hear about your mom passing. I’ve known your mom since she worked with my stepfather, Frank Blake, when they worked for Baltimore City Police Department. I always liked your mom. She was tough but fair. She loved her horses and cats. She was always smiling. She would go out of her way to help someone. My deepest heartfelt condolence to you and your family. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. I’m sure Frank, Mr. Duffy and your mom are all catching up on the good ole’ days.
