Margie V. Gray, age 87, a resident of Stevensville for 11 years, and previously a 60 year resident of Pasadena, passed on May 2, 2018.
She was born on April 16, 1931, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, to the late Martha and John Porter. She was a devoted homemaker, wife, and mom, and enjoyed cooking, the church choir, and spending time with her family.
Along with her parents, Margie is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 49 years: Herbert J. Gray; and her two daughters: Peggy Hollen and Robin Sylvester.
She is survived by her grandson, who she resided with, John Phelps, of Stevensville; her three daughters: Pamela Phelps, of Glen Burnie, Beverly Bridges, of Dundalk, and Virginia Pressbury, of Edgewood; 14 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Family requests friends visit at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, PA, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena, on Thursday from 11 AM until 1:30 PM, at which time the procession will leave for her burial in Meadowridge Memorial Park. Feel free to express your condolences below as well.
