Russell L. Rearick, age 91, a five year resident of Pasadena, and formerly of Linthicum, passed on February 22, 2018 at Hospice of the Chesapeake after a two month illness.
He was born on June 2, 1926, in Milton, Pennsylvania, to the late Lola and Russell Rearick. After graduating from high school, he worked as a heavy equipment mechanic for Alexson Equipment Rental. He loved the outdoors, gardening; and also coupon collecting and shopping.
Along with his parents, Russell is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 71 years: Rosalie Rearick; and his sister Betty.
He is survived by his loving daughter Beverly Blair and her husband James, of Pasadena; his grandson Patrick Blair and his wife Lauren, of Catonsville; his granddaughter Megan Herman and her husband Matthew, of Halethorpe; his great granddaughter Reese Herman and great grandson Cole Herman, also of Halethorpe, and great grandsons Grayson and Grant Blair, of Catonsville; his brother Paul and his two sisters Shirley and Ginny.
Family requests friends attend a memorial gathering at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, PA, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena, 21122 on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 11 AM until 12 Noon.
