James Siegel Hager, a resident of Pasadena for 2 years, and formerly of Brooklyn, died at Medstar Harbor Hospital on January 18, 2017 at the age of 58.
He was born on April 23, 1958, in Baltimore, to the late Norma (nee Mayes) and Siegel Hager. He worked as a fire protection technician, most recently for the FSLA Fire Protection Company for the last 12 years. He enjoyed spending time on the water, fishing, and loved spending time with his family and his dogs Ginger and Bojangles.
Jim is survived by his beloved wife of 22 years: Carol "Angie" Hager; (nee Knotts) his loving daughter Christina; his granddaughter Aniya Green; three brothers: Richard and his wife Cheryl, Ray and his wife Lisa, and Robert and his wife Jamie; his sister Nancy Lowther and her husband Michael; and many nieces and nephews.
Family requests friends visit on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena. They will celebrate his life with eulogies during the evening visitation hours. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may contribute to Jim's wife Angie, and feel free to express your condolences below as well.
