My thoughts and prayers go out to Uncle Lawrence, Larry, Cathy and there families. Hopefully the happy memories you have created with your wife and mother will help to get you through this difficult time.
I was deeply saddened by the passing of Aunt Ellen. She and Uncle Lawrence have been like a second set of parents to us. They have both been there for us from the celebrating of holidays and birthdays to the passing of our parents. Aunt Ellen and her devils food cake with her special cooked icing and Uncle Lar climbing under a car on a miserable weather, Christmas Eve after she would sing in the choir at midnight mass both Aunt Ellen and Uncle Lawrence would come to our house to celebrate Christmas with our family. I remember summers when she would sit on Woodland pier fishing with her cane pole and evenings she would sit on her front step with her transistor radio and a Carling Black Label While listening to the Orioles game. I remember her sitting inner dining room tallying hoards of Sandusky Bowling Alley score sheets. These are a just a couple of fond memories I have and will never forget. I will miss her but never forget her. I love you aunt Ellen and will miss you. Thank you for always being there.
