Herbert Carl "Jamie" Hensley, Jr., 51, a resident of Edgewood for 9 months, and formerly of Pasadena, died on June 28, 2016 at his sister's home after suffering complications of heart disease.
He was born on January 15, 1965, in Baltimore, to Norma and the late Herbert Carl Hensley, Sr. After attending Northeast High School, he worked in the construction industry for 26 years; many of them in his father's business "Herbs Stone and Stucco". During his free time he enjoyed drawing, basketball, football, fishing and crabbing.
Along with his father, he is preceded in death by his grandparents Bessie and Boyd Hensley, and Revia and Grover Stephens.
Jamie is survived by his mother Norma Faye Hensley, of Edgewood; two sisters: Angela Jones, of Edgewood, and April Sharman, of Pasadena; his brother Randy Hensley, of Glen Burnie; and his two daughters: Kristi Hudson, and Lindsey Hensley, of Baltimore.
