Michael Warren "Mikey" Hugel, Jr., age 29, a lifetime resident of Pasadena, passed away on May 18, 2016 in Baltimore.
He was born on May 22, 1986, in Baltimore, to Theresa and Michael Warren Hugel, Sr. After attending Northeast High School, he worked with his uncle as a carpenter for the past 10 years. He enjoyed the sports he played during his school years: football, baseball, basketball, and wrestling. He was also very artistic, and liked to draw and write music lyrics; and of course, he loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother Janet Casey.
Mikey is survived by his mom and dad: Theresa Sheehan and Michael Hugel, Sr.; his sister Amanda DeAngelis; his grandparents William L. Casey, Sr. and his wife Fay, and Rose Hugel; two aunts: Jennifer Casey and Constance Hugel; and four uncles: William Casey, Jr, David, Jeff, and Philip Hugel.
The family invites friends to visit at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, PA, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena, on Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM, and Tuesday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM. The procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Tuesday to go to St. Jane Frances Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM. Feel free to express your condolences below as well.
