Evelyn R. Kulp, age 77, a resident of Glen Burnie for 37 years, and formerly of Baltimore, suffered a massive stroke and died suddenly on January 1, 2016 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.
She was born on January 31, 1938, in Baltimore, to the late Evelyn Frick and Elisha Riggs Ridgely. In her adult life she worked as an assistant manager for the AMF Bowling Center before retiring. She enjoyed arts and crafts, and reading.
Along with her parents, Evelyn is preceded in death by her son in law Carl Anthony Garlick, Sr.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years: Russell H. Kulp; two daughters: Pamela Smith and her husband Richard Smith, Jr. of Pasadena, and Beth Garlick, of Glen Burnie; her sister Sarah Dickerson, of Perryville; her stepson Russell Kulp, of Glen Burnie; two stepdaughters: Cheryl Taylor and Carole King, both of Linthicum; four grandchildren: Carl Garlick, Jr., Carla Garlick, and Brandy Kulp, all of Glen Burnie, and Rachel Smith, of Lusby; and six great grandchildren.
Family invites friends to visit on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, PA, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena. Her funeral service will begin at 7:30 PM Wednesday, during the evening visitation hours, with Pastor Anthony Petini officiating. Feel free to express your condolences below as well.

So very sorry to the families of Mrs Kulp, she differently will be miss so very much.. She is love by everyone and always will be. Also, a great neighbor .. God bless all, always in our prayers ...
