A member of American Legion Post 40, he enjoyed watching old movies and reading his Bible.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 38 years: Shirley M. Evans; and his brother in law Henry L. Evans.
Bill is survived by his sister Kimberly K. Link, of Glen Burnie; and many other relatives and friends.

We were so sorry to hear the passing of Bill. We are spending the winter in Florida. When we called to get or messages on the phone at home, we were shocked to hear the loss of Bill. We are so sorry.
