Margaret M. Paddy, age 92, a lifetime resident of Pasadena, died on November 19, 2013 at her home after a lengthy illness.
She was born on May 25, 1921, in Baltimore, to the late Rose and Frederick Emala. After graduating from Seaton High School, and attending Anne Arundel Community College, she worked for University of Maryland for 26 years, and at Westinghouse for 12 years. A member of the St. Jane Frances Senior Club, she enjoyed bowling, crochet, word search, and spending time with her family.
Along with her parents, Margaret is preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
She is survived by her husband John, who she married on August 10, 1945; three daughters: Jacqueline Davis, Margaret Snyder, and Leah Geisler, all of Pasadena; her sister Jean Karwocki, of Baltimore; her brother Raymond Emala, of Florida; 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Family requests friends visit on Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, PA, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena, where her funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday.
