Shannon & Tiff, I am so sorry for your loss. Your Dad was one of the sweetest and funniest men I have ever known. Tiff hearing your stories last night has kept a smile on my face today thank you. I am sorry this is how we had to meet. Your Dad always talked about you, Shannon and your Mom so much I feel like I have known you all for so long now. I am going to miss his stories, hearing him call Paul the BIG Dummy & the smile on his face when he would talk about you guys & Benny. Your Dad will forever hold a big spot in my heart.
Florida Frank AKA the Big Dummies Brother I will miss you so much, think about you often and always want to know WHAT WAS IN THE CRAB CAKES. Rest easy my Friend. Love you Channy AKA Pamela

Frank and I worked together for years at the Postal Service in West Palm Beach in the CFS department. He was my assistant in supervising the operation.
I remember how he looked forward to retirement. Frank retired years before I did. We stayed in touch for awhile, but as he went back and forth to MD. we lost touch.
I just heard of his passing from my brother who still works at the Post Office. I am sorry I got the sad news so late.
Yes Frank was a gentile man, and he talked of his family often with a lot of love in his voice. I feel privileged to have known him. Frank and I had some long hard years at the Post Office. Especially going through the difficult times we had in moving so much mail in the summer months.
Rest in peace Frank, you were a wonderful friend.
