Roger C. Bayly, 72, died on March 26, 2012 at his home in Pasadena.
He was born on August 15, 1939, in Baltimore, to the late Oscar and Margaret (Harthanski) Bayly. He was a pipe insulator for over 50 years and a retired member of the Asbestos Workers Local #24, as well as a Life member of Elks Lodge #2266 of Glen Burnie. During his 40 years time, he served as House Chairman and on numerous other committees.
He is survived by the love of his life, Patricia Kwiecinski; daughter Carla Martinez and her husband David of South Carolina; grandchildren Anthony, Amanda, and Ashley; stepdaughter Paulette and her late husband Ray Fridley of Maryland. Mr. Bayly is also survived by his extended family: Julie Whittington and her husband Don; grandchildren Jesse, Stephen, Tommy, Alex and one great grandchild Elijah; and Joseph Kwiecinski and his wife Rachael of Oregon and grandchildren Ashley, Rylee and Julia. He is also survived by two brothers: Oscar and Wayne, and his sister Margaret along with nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Bobby.
A memorial and celebration of life will be private. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, charitable donations in his memory be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake. You may also express your condolences here as well.
