Clifford Wayne Jaeger, age 61, a resident of Goldsboro for two years, and previously of Pasadena, passed away on March 19, 2016 at his brother's home after a two year illness with muscular dystrophy.

He was born on December 10, 1954, in Hieleigh, Florida, to the late Virginia A. and Gideon G. Jaeger, Sr. After high school, he went on to work for the US Coast Guard in Curtis Bay as a machinist for 17 years, retiring due to disability in 2000. A member of the Glen Burnie Moose Lodge #1456, he enjoyed boating, hunting, fishing, and working on cars.

Along with his parents, Clifford is preceded in death by his brother Gideon G. Jaeger, Jr.

He is survived by his brother Brett G. Jaeger and his wife Cathy, of Goldsboro; three nieces: Lisa M. Russo, of Queen Anne, Jeanine N. Cook, of Easton, and Erica L. Harrison, of Denton; and six great nieces and nephews.

The family invites friends to visit at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, PA, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena, on Thursday from 10:30 to 12:30 PM, at which time his funeral service will begin, with his burial to follow in Howard Chapel Cemetery, Mt.
