Mary Carol Surguy, age 67, a resident of Pasadena, died on November 30, 2015 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center after a brief illness.

She was born on October 10, 1948, in Baltimore, to the late Helen Doris and Raymond Louis Thuerrauch. After high school, she worked as a full time mother and domestic diva. She enjoyed bird watching, gardening, and of course, spending time with her six grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving son Dean Michael Surguy.

Carol is survived by her two daughters: Christy Meng and her husband Brandon, of North Carolina, and Kimberly A. Surguy, of Pasadena; and six grandchildren: Ariana, Phoenix, and Garrett Meng, of North Carolina, and Austin, Ashton, and Caleb, of Pasadena.

Family invites friends to visit at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, PA, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena, on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Friday in St. Jane Frances Church. Her interment will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
