Leonard William Booker, III, "Lenny", age 44, a lifetime resident of Pasadena, died of a heart attack on July 15, 2015.
Born on August 1, 1970, in Baltimore, to Linda and the late Leonard William Booker, Jr., he attended Northeast High School before entering work as a pipefitter in the fire protection industry. Along with his father, he was a member of the American Legion, a fan of the Ravens and the 49ers, and enjoyed playing cards, camping, the beach, hunting, fishing, cooking, and spending time with his family.
Lenny is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years: Vickie M. Booker; his son Zachary M. Booker; his daughter Paige L. Gray; his grandson Edward M. Gray, III; his mother and stepfather Linda and John Mulcare; sister Kimberly Booker; three nephews: Gage and Ryan Kuchli, and Eric Hyson, Jr.; mother and father in law Linda and Michael Moore; sister and brother in law Tammy and Eric Hyson; aunt Pat Henderson and uncle Charles Crowley; close family friend Theresa Nicholson; and many special family and friends.
Along with his father, he is preceded in death by his grandparents: Mildred N. and Leonard W. Booker, Sr., Doris Vanskyver and Charles Crowley; son in law Edward M. Gray, Jr; and his niece Samantha B. Hyson.
The family invites friends to visit at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, PA, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena, on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. His funeral service will begin at 1 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
