David Homer Hunter, age 59, a resident of Pasadena for 25 years, and formerly of Lynn, Massachusetts, died on March 28, 2013 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center after battling cancer for one year.

He was born on March 20, 1954, in Wilkensburg, Pennsylvania, to Skip and the late Bertha Hunter. After graduating from Horseheads High School in New York in 1973, he became a truck driver for the Unisource Company. He enjoyed working on and restoring boats, cars, and motorcycles, watching Ravens games, socializing, and visiting Crazy Rays.

He is preceded in death by his mother Bertha Hunter.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years: Paula Hunter; his two daughters: Christine and Becky Hunter; his father Skip Hunter; all of Pasadena; his sister Bonnie Hunter, of Chester, NH; brother Bruce Hunter; and sister Debbie Howard, both of Pasadena; two nephews: Michael Whitney, of Manchester, NH, and Wayne Howard, of Pasadena; niece Rachel Whitney, of Chester, NH; and great nephew Hunter Smet, of Chester, NH.

Family invites friends to visit at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, PA, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena, on Saturday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. His funeral service will commence on Monday at 11 AM at the funeral home. His burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
