Stephen Charles Trageser, age 53, a lifetime resident of Riviera Beach, died on March 25, 2013, at Union Memorial Hospital after battling cancer for five years.
He was born on December 24, 1959, in Baltimore, to Mary F. and the late Francis G. Trageser, Sr. After graduating from college with his nursing degree, he worked for the Injured Workers Insurance Fund for over 16 years. He belonged to the Stoney Creek Ravens Roost #121, and the Institute of Notre Dame Fathers Club. He enjoyed bowling, and coached the youth league at Glen Burnie Bowl.
Along with his father, he is preceded in death by his brother Francis G. Trageser, Jr.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years: Kimberly A. Trageser; two daughters: Rebecca L. and Noelle E. Trageser; his mother Mary F. Trageser; all of Riviera Beach; and his sister Mary Angela McDaniel, of Manchester, MD.
Visitation will be held at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, PA, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena, on Tuesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. On Wednesday, the procession will leave the funeral home at 10:30 AM to go to St. Jane Frances Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM.
