Jacquelyn Bernadette Vacek (Reed) of Baltimore passed away on Tuesday, September 12th, 2017 surrounded by her family and loved ones at Harbor Hospital in Baltimore.
Jackie was born in New Haven, Connecticut to Donald Reed and Geraldine Cole on July 24th, 1963. She moved to Maryland in 1985.
Jackie is preceded in death by her mother, Geraldine Cole and brother Donnie Reed.
She is survived by her longtime boyfriend Gerry Lane, her three daughters, Chantell Vacek, Crystal Ottinger and Heather Weaver, her brother David Cole and her sisters Donna Shepp and Julie Reed, her father Donald Reed and five grandchildren, Nathan Chatterton, James Gum, Alexis Gum, Cadance Ottinger and Trenton Ottinger.
May she rest in peace no longer suffering.
