He was born on August 23, 1929, in Baltimore, to the late Mary and Edgar Fogler, Sr. After serving in the United States Army in the late 40's, he worked in the trucking industry, retiring after 45 years. He was a member of the Teamsters #557 and the Stoney Creek Democratic Club, and held a pilot's license. He also enjoyed boating and camping in his earlier years, was an avid Ravens fan, and also enjoyed woodcarving, and of course, spending time with his grandchildren.
Along with his parents, Mickey is preceded in death by his sister Evelyn "Biddy" Brewis, and his two brothers: James and Edgar Fogler.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years: Marjorie "Sis" Fogler; his three daughters: Vickey Richardson and her husband Rich, of Pasadena, Debra Smith and her husband Tom, of Severna Park, and Brenda Prager and her significant other Scott Branch, of Pasadena; his granddaughter Dr. Jennifer Smith, of York, PA; his grandson Joshua Richardson, of Pasadena; and his brother John Fogler and his wife Lorraine, of Rehobeth, DE, as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
Family invites friends to visit at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, PA, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena, on Sunday and Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. His funeral service will begin on Tuesday at 10:30 AM at the funeral home, with his burial to follow in Glen Haven Memorial Park. A reception after the funeral will be held at Cafe Mezzanotte from 1 until 3 PM. Feel free to express your condolences here as well.

Sympathy to the family. I will remember so many good and funny times with the Fogler family. The time we spent together were definately some of the best years of my young life. So many stories are running through my mind.... and they all make me smile. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Peace.
