In addition to raising their two sons, she was also active in the lives of her 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She also volunteered at the local Church Women United Thrift Shop for many years. After retirement Celia was clerk for some various auctioneers in Trenton for many years. She was also an active member of the Trenton Christian Church, Trenton Heritage Club, Eastern Star, Church Women’s United, Christian Church Women’s Circle, and she presented programs to the area on ABC Plate collection and Handkerchief collection.
Celia is survived by her husband of almost 60 years Bill, her sons Andy (Debbie) Vaughn of Chillicothe, MO and Matt (Kim) Vaughn of Columbia, MO.
