Posted by: Gladys O'Brien Clark Fri September 06, 2013 | The loss of my sister Alice can not really be put into words. She was the kindest, gentlest, most giving person that ever existed. She never asked for anything for herself and always gave to others. I will dearly miss her and know she must be playing Bingo with my sister Esther and she will always be a winner in my book. |
Posted by: Grace Richardson Fri September 06, 2013 | My deepest condolences to all of you. Aunt Alice you will be missed by us all. I'm glad I was able to spend time with her the last time I was in Illinois. She was such a good, sweet person with a lot of spunk. She never had a mean word to say and always had a smile on her face. I'm sure she is already seated in the front row playing BINGO in heaven. I'm so sorry for your loss, She will be missed. |

Posted by: Raymond and Margaret Setina Family Mon September 09, 2013 | Sorry to hear about Mrs.Brown since 1988 nobody could have had a better neighbor then Alice still it was hard to believe she was in her 90's? A car would pull up and out the door she would go to her scheduled bingo matches--never without energy and until the very end never in need of help while walking even in the harshest conditions. An original owner of the new homes by the park where she became the matriarch of a wonderfull family a true member of " the greatest generation" @ peace in heaven. |
