I remember seeing Jake every morning heading to the lake with his Kayak, I was usually going fishing and we would always say good morning and talk about the lake. I'm sure Jake is still kayaking out there somewhere.

Dear Phyllis and Family, My dad, Arthur Zackular spoke often of their service together on the city council-all fond memories. I remember when i first got elected to the city council-your husband and dad told me "dont ever forget where you came from" and "each morning you put your pants on like everyone else" basicly telling me to stay grounded-so sorry for your loss-the world was a much better place because of Jake.
