Dear Kathryn & family, I am so sorry to hear about your mom's death. I really enjoyed playing volleyball with her years ago and having her as one of our best fans at softball games. She was a wonderful person! She's an inspiration to all with her many years of playing and her postive attitude. May you find peace in all of the great memories that you have of her.

Eleanor,

It brings me such sadness to hear of your passing. We've known each other since my first year of playing volleyball in 1978 with the EWVBL.

You were always such a good friend and a serious volleyball player; you made such a positive impact on keeping this league such a popular winter sport for so many of us.

You were such a sports enthusiast too... I remember seeing you at all the local softball games... I'd also see you down at the EHS football games too.

I remember the time when I was looking for my first apartment. You were always so interested in what was going on in my life; always asking about my family and telling me about yours.

Well, my first apartment was right next door to your families home on Wall Street. You were such a good friend and I will always remember your loving smile whenever we were together.

I will always remember and cherish our friendship.

Rest in Peace...
