Charles Calvo Sr.
Of Everett on Friday, Feb. 16, 2007, age 90, at the Sutton Hill Center in No. Andover. Beloved husband of the late Amelia Sylvester for over 62 yrs. Father of Dennis and his wife Elaine of Wilmington, Charles Jr. of Fort Myers and Brian and his wife Diane of Haverhill. Son of the late Antonio and Sebastiana Tine. Brother of Rose Guinta of Lynnfield, the late Cy, Art and Albert. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, Tuesday, February 20 at 9. Funeral Mass Immaculate Conception Church, Everett, at 10. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Monday, 4-8. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mr. Calvo's memory may be made to the Sutton Hill Employees Recognition Fund, Sutton Hill Center, 1801 Turnpike St., No. Andover, MA 01845. Interment Lakeside Cemetery, Wakefield. He was a life long resident of Everett and retired from Monsanto after 42 years of services.
