Of Everett on Dec. 10, beloved husband of Catherine Mayo Gibbons, and devoted father of John and his wife Kimberly of Newburyport, and Kathleen Howes and her husband Paul of Reading, loving grandfather of Ryan, Eric, Christopher and Brady Gibbons and Allyson Howes. Devoted brother of Joseph of Revere and David of Medford and the late John G. Special brother in law to Shirley Moore, Harold Mayo and Larry Denish all of Everett and Richard Mayo of Reading. Funeral from{M1} the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT on Thursday Dec. 14 at 10 am. Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church in Everett at 11 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting Hours are Wed. only 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Jerry was a retired electrician for Filenes of Boston Local 103. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden.
