GIANNELLI, Carl "Butch" Of Everett, age 69, on August 20th. Beloved husband of 47 years to Susan (Carleton). Father of Brian and his wife Danielle of Everett, Keith and his longtime girlfriend, Tanya Poste of Malden, and Sharon Rose of San Diego. Son of the late Carlo “Ike” and Rose Giannelli. Brother of Maureen Faretra of Melrose and Kenny of Everett. Also survived by 5 grandchildren: Stephanie, Stacie, Brian Daniel, Carlo, Landon, and many cousins and extended family. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, Friday, August 26th at 9 a.m. Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Everett, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. Please omit flowers. Donations in Carl's memory may be made to the Immaculate Conception Church, 489 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149. Interment will be at a later date. Carl was a late member of the Italo Balbo and the Carmen A. Schiavo Clubs of the Village section of Everett. Complimentary valet parking will be available during Thursday's Wake.

Words can't express how sad this makes me. Carl was a funny gentle man. I have many memories that will last forever of the early days growing up down the Lynde. My sympathy goes out to all his family. To all the family that will surely miss him, may you cherish the good times and memories he gave us. Praying for all the family to stay strong through out his loss.
