GIBBONS, Anne M. (O'Brien) Of Everett, on March 15. Beloved wife of the late Edward J. Gibbons, Jr. Loving mother of Edward J. Gibbons III and his wife Deborah of Danvers, Anne Mary Plunkett of Everett, Stephen A. Gibbons and his wife Rose of Medford, Lenore Jenkins and her husband Walter of Eaton, NH, and the late Margaret Gibbons who is survived by her partner, Robert V. Holmes of Tewksbury. Sister of the late Edward, John and Robert O'Brien, Lenore Connolly and Margaret Ahlin. She is survived by her two beloved grandchildren, Robert and Daniel Plunkett, and many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, on Wednesday, March 23rd at 10 a.m. Funeral mass at the Immaculate Conception Church in Everett at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours are Tuesday only 4-8 p.m. Complimentary valet parking Tuesday at Main St. entrance. Donations in Anne's memory may be made to Catholic TV, PO Box 9196, Watertown, MA 02471. Interment at Holy Cross Mausoleum in Malden. Anne was a gradute of Mt. St. Joseph High School, Regis College, and received a Master's degree at Boston University. She was a devoted elementary school teacher in the Everett and Chelsea school systems. She was a trustee of the Everett Public Library and a lifelong parishoner of Immaculate Conception Parish.

I am deeply sorry for the loss of Anne. She was a remarkable woman. So kind, always smiling. I am blessed to have known her, she always made a point to stop by and see me. God Bless you Anne. May you Rest in Peace with the angels and saints.

Dear Lenore, so sorry for your loss. The few times I met your mother in Brownfield she was fun to talk with. Tony Spadorcia told me when my mother died, I had lost my best friend. He was right as I am sure you now know. Stay strong.

Anne was a Nifty lady!!! I will miss her annual Christmas cards with updates on the people we both knew! She will be greatly missed!
