Dear Merry and Rick you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. We did not know Debbie all that long, but for the short time that we did she was a wonderful lady and touched the lives of so many. We had many good laughs at the BYC. Debbie's guardian angel will be watching over both you during this difficult time and will be with you forever.
God Bless and please take good care of each other.
Love to both of you

Dear Meredith, Michael and Rick: the world is a worse place with the loss of Deb. I used to joke that I thought that I worked for her , and I thoroughly enjoyed working for her. She used to dismiss her work as "I'm just a secetary", in a funny Boston accent. But she was so much more that that. No one could solve a student problem like she could. I would sit at my desk and marvel at her patience and grace as she would tackle the thorniest of registration issues, grade problems, student - faculty disputes. She kept me organized, kept me on task. I was lucky to work with her in some very difficult years. Her sense of humor is the stuff of legend. All who knew her loved her. She would get a kick out of this, but it is true: she is in my prayers.

Rick, Merry and Charlie,
I know I speak for my brothers also as I say we are heartbroken about the death of Debbie. She was a great friend and neighbor. I think about her and Carol running around in heaven. Our loss is Carol's gain. As Jim said to me before I left Florida-----"Rest in peace, Foolish woman"
Rita, Gerry, Steve and Jim
PS.---I'm sure Grammy and Debbie's parents were waiting for her at the gate with open arms.
