GRAHAM-RUTHERFORD, PHYLLIS P. Of Everett on November 16th. Mother of Lorna Cook of Everett, Jacqueline Rowlinson of NH, Diane Close of Middleton, Susan Scanlon of FL and the late Judith Teague. Sister of the Irene and Fred Graham. Also survived by 18 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. A private family service was held on Nov. 20th.
