Son of the late Salvatore and Jeannette. Brother of Joseph of Charlestown. Also survived by 5 grandchildren, Marissa, Ariana, Nicolette, Tyler, and Robert Jr. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, Saturday, May 18 at 10. A Prayer Service will be held in the Funeral Home at 10:30. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Friday 4-8. Interment Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody. Mr. Noe was a late Korean War Army Veteran and a late member of the Teamsters Local #25. He was also the former owner of Noe's Ice Cream Truck and Rita's Food Fair at the Northeast Trade Center.
