David M. Donnelly “Louie” “Dave the painter”
Beloved husband of Dorothy (Pollock). Loving father of Sandra of Everett, Shannon of Everett and David and his wife Fabiola of Lynn. Son of the late Daniel and Mary (Davison). Brother of Patti-Ann Follis of Peabody, Richard of Somerville, Bernadette Bertone of Reading, Mary Davison of Peabody, and the late Jack Davison and his surviving wife Mary of Stoneham. Also, survived by Uncle Tom of Peabody, 4 grandchildren: Rileigh, Savannah, Serenity and Gavin, and many loving nieces and nephews. Dave was employed by at Joe Kuhn Painting & Decorating Company in Lexington for over 40 years. Visiting hours will be in the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main Street, Everett on Sunday, July 22 from 2 to 5:30 with a prayer service to immediately follow. Relatives and friends are invited. Interment will be private. Donations directly to David’s family would be greatly appreciated.

DAD, im going to miss you so much. Im not sure why this had to happen or how im going to get through it but i will make you proud. You were the best dad, who worked tirelessly to provide everything for us and I will forever be grateful. I love you, you were my rock💔 my heart is destroyed DAD, please guide me please be with me always and rest peacefully with the fam.

Uncle Dave, I will miss you. You were always there for me growing up. I will never forget working with you painting in the summers and the passion you had for your work. My work ethic and drive in part is due to your example. I will miss you and will see you again uncle.

Dotty and family my deepest condolences although I have never met you all. Dave was like family to mine. My brother Ryan and him were very close and we saw him all the time. He will be greatly missed and was always able to make my daughter and I smile no matter what we were going threw. May he soar with the angels!

We new David from his work at our home. Always friendly with words of good cheer. Loved to joke and always had a smile. He was at true craftsman. He's truly missed.
