NOE, Ulysses S., age 94 of West Alexandria, OH. passed away Friday, Mar. 29, 2019 in Eaton. He was born in Cawood, KY. on Aug. 24, 1924 to Byrd and Joanna (Thomas) Noe. He was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Navy. Ulysses was an electrician by trade and had worked for the Veterans Administration and previously had owned his business called Noe Electric in West Alexandria. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Eaton, OH., F.& A.M. Chapter #88, Antioch Shrine, Chapter #182 O.E.S. and West Alexandria Lions Club. He was preceded in death by his wife, Faye in 2010. He is survived by 2 daughters, Beverly Degler, Eaton, OH., Judy (Chris) Conrad, Dry Ridge, KY., 4 grandchildren, Shannon Schmidt, Camden, OH., Chic Degler, Kansas City, MO., Kyle (Jenka) Conrad, Florence, KY., Evan (Amanda) Conrad, Cadiz, KY., 4, great grandchildren, Julie and Maggie Schmidt and Taylor and Leah Conrad., brother, John (Jackie) Noe,, sister, Wilma Dugger, both of Corbin, KY., nieces and nephews. Also deceased were his parents and 10 siblings. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Monday April 1, 2019 at First Baptist Church, 1308 N. Maple St., Eaton, OH. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, West Alexandria, Oh. Friends and family may call at the church on Monday from 10:30 A.M. until time of service at 11:30 A.M. We are so sorry to hear about Ulysses. We went to church with him for many years at First Brethren in West Alexandria. He was a kind and loving man. What a loss. God bless.
