COLVIN, Eugene Douglas, age 96, of Camden, OH. died Jan. 3, 2018 in Middletown.  He was born in Oil Springs, KY.on Oct. 28, 1921 to Forrest and Julia (Blanton) Colvin.  He had worked as a heavy equipment operator for International Union of Operating Engineers Local 18.  He was a WWII Navy Veteran.  He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Betty Colvin, his daughter and son-in-law, Joan and Mike Vance, Gratis, Oh. 2 grandsons, a granddaughter and great grandson, a brother, Chester (Patsy) Colvin, Springboro, OH. and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Jan Buckholtz in 2011 and many brothers and sisters.  A graveside service will be held 12:30 Sat.
