DONSON, Eugene W., age 97 of Eaton, OH. died Fri. Dec. 12, 2014 in Dayton. He was born in West Elkton, OH. on Aug. 16, 1917 to John and Valeria (Whipp) Donson. He was a W.W.II Army veteran. Eugene had retired from General Motors in 1980 at 42 years. He was a member of First Brethren Church, Gratis, OH., and member King Hiram Lodge F.&A.M. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice in 2008. He is survived by 3 children, Eugene W. (Dorothy) Donson, Eaton, OH., David (Carol) Donson, Germantown, OH., Kathryn (Charles) Rinehart, Eaton, OH., 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Lucille Brandenburg, and Donna (Kenneth) Smith, both of West Alexandria, OH., brother, Kenneth Donson, Bryant, AK. Funeral services will be held 11:30 A.M. Tues. Dec. 16, 2014 at First Brethren Church, Gratis, OH. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Gratis, OH.
