Listening to the radio with their Dad, shooing flies out of the house with a dishtowels, milking cows in the barnyard. Oh so many memories.

Ben was like a brother to Don, and while they worked together at Wick Homes, Don and Ben bonded and everything they worked on usually turned out great. Ben was a master of his trade, and even after all the years Don did carpentry work, Ben taught him more. We will all miss him greatly, and we lost part of our heart when Ben went to be with God. At least he is free from pain. May God surround you with his love and comfort. |

Ben was such a kind, gentle man. He was always so good to our Mom, Beth Daugherty. She never forgot the walks he took with his dog right by the nursing home.
