Carol was the most loving Mom and adored her family, especially her grandchildren. We will miss her so much. May God grant her family peace and serenity during this difficult time. |

My deepest sympathies to you all. Your mom fought so hard to stay here with all of you, but God knew she was too tired, too sick. She is healed and beautiful as always...dancing with the love of her life. |

I know your mom and dad were very close to my mother and if her health would allow her she would of been down. I can remember stories my mom use to tell about their days in Madison and going dancing. God did not promise life would be easy, but he is with you every step of the way. Comfort yourself in good memories and stories of your parents. Remember it takes rain and sunshine to make a rainbow, and you will have your good and bad days. I wish I could attend the celebration of the life of Carol, but have had knee surgery and I am unable to travel. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. And remember the stars in the skies are loved ones letting us know they are nearby, guiding us through the night. Rest in peace Carol and Tennessee wrap your arms around one another and dance to the music of God. |

Then when I read about her dance moves clearing the floor, yep - Jack Elliott's cousin indeed. Most Elliotts loved to dance!
