My sincerest condolences to you on the passing of your dad.  My heart goes out to you at this most difficult time. Fathers play such an important role and are always there for us and as they get older we in turn are there for them, please know that I would be there with you if I were in WI but today my father is having open-heart surgery. I have traveled to FL to be with him for a week.  I am so sorry that I will not be there on Friday, please know that my thoughts and PRAYERS are with you.  All my love,

Thu June 04, 2015 To John's Family.
John was a special man.  I will never forget the times at the Fin and Feather.  He had such a dry sense of humor and was just a lot of fun to visit with, and to be picked on by. He is back with your Mom and Whitehorse (Len) in heaven having a toast with all the gang.

Sat June 27, 2015 Walked up to farm many times from our home on Wisconsin Ave and helped John and his dad do the milking  fond memories of the Salsgeber family and John  Rest in Peace

Mon July 06, 2015 Spent and enjoyed many summer day bailing hay for a penny a bale with buddies for John. Great memories. He was a good man!
