| Posted by: Pat Foley Thu May 29, 2014 | When I was 11 or 12 yrs old I remember going with my grandparents to Cecil & Dutch's Bar in Steuben on card night. While they were playing cards I watched TV in the living room, which is now the kitchen at Bob & Lou's.
