Susie, you have my deepest sympathy.  Both you and Don have been in my thoughts and prayers these past months.  May your memories be a source of comfort and strength.

On behalf of myself and the rest of the nurses in the oncology department in prairie du chien I'd like to extend our sympathies to Don's wife and children.  I was previleged to work with Don many years and looked forward to seeing him and spending time with him during his many treatments.  He became not just a patient but a friend.  I will miss seeing him.  I will keep all in thoughts and prayers.
